It's the Holidays! Time to Take Some Much Needed Time Off, or Is It?

Here at PMA, we are very much a household, both within the group and together with our customers too. So as we prepare for your holidays, we would like to respect the household our staff loves and works so difficult for, but would be the vacations necessarily a time to remove?

Based on what industry you are in, it might not be. Should you operate with people struggling with despair, addiction or stress - the vacations can be a cause, and my own guess is, you are still on-call.
As a staff, we are very cautious about reaching around the holidays (and therefore, we hold off sending mails on weekends and evening year round), but its OK if you still feel the necessity to operate over the holidays, since it is the ideal time to:
Inspection your entire year, what exactly were your successes? What would you do otherwise?
The holiday season is a fantastic time to make a fantasy plank for 2019, what would you like your attention to be?
Change your workspace!
Write personal letters - maybe not mails, real handwritten notes - to a customers thanking them for their company over the last year.
But first and foremost, take this opportunity to be grateful, to your loved ones for encouraging you, your friends for always being by your side, your customers and your staff. I would like to take this opportunity to thank my staff for all that they do to encourage our customers year round, without themPMA would not be what it is now, and their devotion to one another and our customers don't go undetected. It's been my attention on the last year to continue to inspire the staff to explore their own passions and perform the job that arouses them. As soon as we work inside our passions, authentic magic occurs (take this particular message, made by PMA Rockstar Crystal Picard, she constantly produces such amazing pieces. .
Since the holiday season is upon us, we all find ourselves reflecting on the last year and people who have helped to form our enterprise. It has been a long time for all! We expect that 2018 is equally as memorable for you, your coworkers and your nearest and dearest.
