There seems to be an endless stream of idiotic things professional athletes do. I guess if you put a bunch of young men together, give them a boat-load of money and lots of free time, what can you expect? When beautiful women, the media and the luxuries of life are thrown at them, their cockiness and stupidity are only amplified. Here are my top ten, but of course there are lots more.
Imagine placing two flat screen plasma TV's side by side in your living room smack dab in front of your couch. You've got beer, snacks a-plenty and fresh batteries in your clicker.

One TV has an NFL game on and the other has a Major League Baseball game and they both start at the same time.

Besides this being many sports fans' idea of hog heaven and even better than clicking back and forth between games with only one TV, it's fun to watch the differences between these two pro sports.
Starting this past fall (2005) Google launched a major update to their search algorithm which shook up the search engine optimization (SEO) community and millions of website rankings. The update has been named Jagger and is apparently finished.

You don't have to stand in long lines or camp out overnight anymore. You can now get tickets to just about anything online these days.
Blog is short for Web Log or Weblog and the Blogosphere is the online blog world, some parts of which are hyperlinked extensively to each other.

This is the Wikipedia definition: Blog is short for weblog. A weblog is a journal (or newsletter) that is frequently updated and intended for general public consumption. Blogs generally represent the personality of the author or the Web site.
You park in her driveway and nervously approach the front door. After adjusting your collar you ring the bell and try to look cool. Your front pocket holds the key to tonight's date and you quickly check to make sure they're still there as the door opens . . .

If you're a regular guy, the kind who loves sports and hates the opera for instance, then here's an awesome date idea I bet you've never really considered before: taking a woman to a Broadway production, even if you don't live in New York City.
"Everything that can be invented has been invented." ~ Charles H. Duell, Commissioner of the US Patent Office in 1899.

"Children nowadays are tyrants. They contradict their parents, gobble their food and tyrannize their teachers." ~ Socrates

Why is popular music so bad today? I mean, I'm not that old, but jeez, the music of today, with only a few rare exceptions, kinda stinks.
