Mesothelioma is a rare and extremely lethal form of cancer caused by exposure to asbestos. Individuals who have worked on jobs where they inhaled asbestos particles are at the greatest risk. Since as early as the 1920s, asbestos corporations have been aware of the risks; yet they have continued to irresponsibly manufacture and distribute asbestos.
If you or a loved one has been diagnosed with mesothelioma, or if a family member has died as a result of mesothelioma, then you are entitled to recover compensation through a mesothelioma lawsuit against the companies that made these asbestos products.

In the United States, people are remarkably quick to sue, and so often the court of public opinion finds the litigiousness of this country extreme and irresponsible. However, in the cases of the class action Fen-Phen lawsuits, the court of public opinion held quite a bit of outrage for the defendant.
Fen-Phen was responsible for more than 6 million Fen-Phen related illnesses, many which ended in disability or death, and the Fen-Phen class action lawsuits were a heavy handed message to the companies that manufacture weight loss products, supplementation, and over the counter energy products.

Mesothelioma is a rare, deadly cancer that strikes nearly 3,000 people in the United States every year. The average life expectancy of a person suffering from mesothelioma is a mere six months from diagnosis. Most victims are men over the age of forty who have worked with asbestos or in buildings where asbestos was present.
Because mesothelioma is caused by direct exposure to asbestos or asbestos dust, and nearly 30 million tons of asbestos was used in buildings of every description until the mid 1970's, it has kept Mesothelioma lawyers in high demand, as they pursue Mesothelioma settlements for the victims and their families.
