Success. How do I define success? I felt that there is no clear definition of success. Each individual has their own definition of success. For me, success is the ability to overcome adversity in achieving goals. Success is the ability to achieve and accomplish things which I once thought was impossible to achieve. Success is the ability to find my path to great happiness in life.
It is just amazing to watch ordinary people doing and achieving extra ordinary things. Once, I really wondered and pondered. What really separates these people from us? A big factor I felt is their mindset. Understand that the right to choose your own path is a sacred privilege. Use it. Dwell in possibility - Oprah Winfrey.

Their belief to succeed through obstacles is one that many can admire.
When I first started the journey of learning about financial education, the terms in financial education was totally like a foreign language to me. I had heard some of those words before but what does it really mean. Those moments were poignant moments where I realized that I need a lot more to learn in this area of study. Through this journey, I have grown as a learner and raring to learn more in financial education.
It has been almost a year exactly since my late mum fought bravely against Leukemia. I remembered her for being a wonderful person who showed love, care, concern and most important of all courage. It was devastating initially for me when I lost her. I still do miss her but I realized that challenges are meant to be part of life and it helps you grow to be a better person.
"What does Intelligence means to me?" I asked myself. I have read and observed in amazement of people behavior through this life learning journey. When I was younger, I always linked the term intelligence to those who speak with confidence,in sophisticated terms that I do not understand at all. I also thought that intelligent individuals are only those with high education.
"How do one venture into a business and succeed to great achievement?". I asked myself. After much observation, watching, listening and communicating to understand such successful business owners owing business such as home based business, the most significant point I realized about them is firstly, they are able to leverage effectively the most powerful strength, their mind.
''Wouldn't it be an interesting and wonderful to learn the great qualities from ordinary people doing extra ordinary things? ''. I have been able to grow tremendously greatly just learning from these wonderful individuals qualities. You cannot help but admire what these people have done. That is how I felt about them through this journey of funny, sad, inspirational and great moments in life on planet Earth.
I read Rich dad poor dad book about 4 years ago, it did not really hit me the importance of taking control of your financial life.

It was until 2 years later, while having to sit at home most of the time due to a surgery I had on my leg, I read the book, Rich dad poor dad, again. This time around, one of the best things happened to me. My life has changed since.
I heard and experienced myself where people would advise me to focus a lot on my weaknesses to develop myself further. Through such process, I had faced disappointments. I took responsibility for the decision on building such focus too much but through the process, I learn greatly that one can achieve excellence and ultimately reach his goal better if the individual understand his strengths better and focus on it consistently.
If there is a great learning game or tool that I would introduce to people to learn about financial education, it would definitely be Cashflow 101. Rich Dad's Cashflow 101 is a financial education board game that teaches you financial literacy. I really had so much fun learning playing the game with others that I felt that it has been one of my best investments in purchasing the board game.
