Anyone who wants to become successful in having lasting relationships, mastering their finances, getting healthy and fit, etc. will need a coach or a mentor in order to do so. Most people even need several coaches.

How do you think pro athletes would fare if they didn't have a coach to keep them in line and organize their abilities so they functioned best as a team? Your life and anyone else's is no different.
After all, I have read all the materials on goal setting (Napoleon Hill, Jack Canfield, Zig Zigler, Anthony Robbins) and I even wrote books on goal setting myself (Affirmations of Wealth, Your Spiritual Gold Mind). It took a tremendous gut check, brutal honesty and a massive paradigm shift to admit, goal setting is an old technique that just isn't as effective as it used to be.
Coaching is the way to go. Since young, everybody has coaches whether they like it or not. We had our parents coaching us how to talk or walk, teachers coaching us in schools, mentors coaching us in our work place. Even retirees are not spared when they have financial advisors coaching them on how to invest wisely and stretching their dollars.

There are two ways to go about it in life, the easy or the hard route.
Are you a coach, an athlete or maybe even an involved and concerned parent who just wants to perform far better than you are currently?

If so, then you really must read this article.

It will change the way you behave both in and out off the competitive arena, in the gym, in the pool and even on the pitch. It will change your personal perspective forever as you see things far more clearly and objectively.
More and more people are starting to seek the help of a life coach to help them through tough and challenging periods in their lives. While life coaching is still a relatively new field, it has been around long enough for us to glean a proper insight into how well it is helping people to make positive changes in their lives.

When you look at the life coaching statistics that are available, you can see that for the most part they are getting their money's worth and receiving the help they need.
A life coach will help you break free from that monotonous and boring job and provide you with opportunities to find a great job that will keep you satisfied and happy.

A Few Life Coaching Strategies to Help You Find Your Dream Job

Here are a few life-coaching strategies that can help you land your dream job:

-Know what you want - An important factor about life coaching is that when it comes to determining what your dream job is, you need to first know what career you would like to pursue.
We spend most of our lives working, usually far away from the ones we love and really want to be with. Are you letting the "way things are" at work make you feel cynical, unhappy, run down, unfulfilled? If so, you are not alone, that is for sure.

It is very easy to find yourself in the above situation. Many company cultures support that way, and without intervention it can really become a serious personal problem.
Ghandi's famous words lead us to one of the most powerful facts about human nature. To lead others, we must first lead ourselves. He believed that this was a way to create the world we want to live in.

On a personal level, this can be linked to the way you see your world and how you want it to be. You determine your perception of the world around you.
I recently trained a group at a leading hedge fund in central London. There were a few articles on the wall regarding what they do. It mentioned that there was a charitable arm to the business, which was directly investing a portion of the profits into caring for children in Africa and India.

In the articles, there was debate about whether or not the fact there was a charitable purpose to investing some of the profits; the main attraction of investors to this fund was that it focussed on performance.
In today's world of fast paced life and business, we have a tendency to try and control more and trust people less. Manage the system, and squeeze every last drop of efficiency out of it, often at the cost of the people that are contributing to the creation of the entire operation in the first place.

It does not take much to see the cost of all of this, just take a look around at the state of the world, and you can see the apathy, reluctance to take personal responsibility for the outcomes of our actions, be it at home, at the office or in the world at large.
