Adrenal Fatigue & Menopause

One of the more typical symptoms of the menopause is a persistent ongoing feeling of exhaustion and fatigue - mental and physical.

How exhaustion and fatigue affected my hair?
Feeling exhausted can be draining, yet when hair loss follows it, the combined symptoms are upsetting.
I was diagnosed with Adrenal Fatigue:
What is Adrenal Fatigue?
How can you explain it?
Adrenal Fatigue begins to lower levels of hormones estrogen, progesterone, thyroid and adrenal and can alter the body function. Every person with Adrenal Fatigue manages to have a different set of symptoms that I listed:
allergies
anxiety
Asthma
autoimmune disease
chronic inflammation
Dark circles under the eyes
Depression
Dizziness
Dry skin
exhaustion
fatigue
food cravings
frequent urination
insomnia/insufficient sleep
irritability
Joint pain
lack of energy
low attention span/concentration
low blood pressure
Low blood sugar
Low sex drive
Lower back pain
memory lapses
mental fussiness
Numbness in your fingers / Poor circulation
stress
tiredness
weak immune system
Weight gain
These feelings are unexplainable signs of menopausal fatigue, and you may find that you lack your usual zest for life.
The adrenal glands, located at the top of each kidney that provide hormones that help the body handle blood sugar, burn protein and fat, react to stress like an extreme illness or injury, and regulate blood pressure.
Stress drives the adrenal glands to produce excess amounts of cortisol- the stress hormone. Which is public health enemy number one. The stress elevates cortisol levels: hinder learning and memory, lower immune function and bone quantity, increase weight gain, blood pressure, cholesterol, and heart disease.
High levels of cortisol deplete Collagen - which refers to a group of proteins present in skin tissue that is most active and plentiful in our youth. These proteins are what's responsible for the elasticity, tautness, and firmness of our skin. As the proteins deplete, our skin becomes more prone to wrinkles, sagging and dark lines.
Also as insulin, and bone density decrease leads to hair loss. High and consistent levels of stress cause the adrenal glands to become overactive due to the increased need for the stress hormone, cortisol.
If you want to regain your energy levels back to where they were, there are a few things that you need to do:
Meditate
Improve your diet
Improve your sleep hygiene.
Remove sources of stress from your life
Change your lifestyle
Deep breathing exercise/Yoga
Use of essential oils
Adrenal Fatigue causes salt and sugar cravings due to lack of strength to balance minerals like sodium, potassium, and magnesium in the blood. Adrenal Fatigue support nutrients include Vitamins B5 and B12, Vitamin C, probiotic, and herbs in tea form, such as ashwagandha, licorice root, and maca root. Also, make sure that you use high-quality supplements.

Note: It is crucial to address a woman's adrenal health before "treating" the symptoms of menopause.
